YaTickets Queue Management System
YaTickets is a web-based queue and token management system developed by Al Yamin Computer. It helps clinics, hospitals, banks, government offices and customer service centres manage waiting customers in an organised and professional way.
Visitors take a printed token from a touch-screen kiosk. Staff call the next token from their own screen, and the TV display in the waiting area shows and announces each number in English and Arabic. Managers see live queues and reports on waiting and service times.
